Gems of Belize is a wildlife and conservation show, created by its young host Jamal Witty. In his eyes and the eyes of many, Belize continues to be an incredibly beautiful place, home to many species of wild animals, and a top tourist destination, and this is all made possible because there are so many people fighting to ensure that these animals and places are protected. From wildlife rehabilitation to sustainable farming and wildlife photography, each has a unique role in promoting the coexistence of man and wildlife. This project through its partnership with The National Channel (TNC10) aims to shed light on these people; we call them Gems. This docuseries builds awareness and support for their initiatives, educating others on ways that we can all help.
